Pick a frame that represents the average exposure and color of your project. Avoid frames with extreme highlights or shadows.
If your footage is shot in a log profile (S-Log3, Log-C, etc.), set the correct format in Settings so the AI accounts for the flat starting point.
Start with a broad description, then refine. Use the Analyze feature to let the AI see your current grade and suggest adjustments.
